The Bill (Reg.№2194) envisages the basic principles and directions of the state policy in the sphere of alcohol, drug and inhalant addiction prevention, the local self-government authorities obligations regarding this matter and also order of medical assistance allotment for the sick people.
According to the Committee members the Bill adoption facilitates the formation of independent normative-legal basis in the sphere of the alcohol, drug and inhalant addiction prevention in Ukraine.
